1. Bobo Chicken Bobo Chicken originated in Leshan and is widely spread in Chengdu, Leshan and other places. It is a famous traditional snack in Chengdu and Sichuan. It belongs to Sichuan cuisine and has a history of hundreds of years since the Qing Dynasty.
