Omurice rice: The styles of omurice rice are very diverse. Basically, it is rice + vegetables wrapped in egg skin.
What I made in the picture is stir-fried cabbage and shredded pork, then wrapped in egg skin and topped with tomato sauce, and made some quick-frozen vegetarian dishes.
I won’t go into details on how to make it. If you’re interested, you can search it yourself~ Curry rice: I believe you can make it too... It’s very simple. If you want to add more flavor, according to what I learned from my Indian neighbor in college, he stirred the onions first.
Shred the meat until all is transparent, then add the meat and stir-fry, then add water, cook and add other ingredients, and finally add the curry.
And then I end up putting in some instant coffee powder.
Beef rice with onions: Beef slices + onions, or fry the onions first. If you can find a bottle of mirin, it can be used in many cases.
Soy sauce + mirin + a little sugar and salt, it tastes very good.
Braised noodles: egg noodles: instant noodles (preferably Demae Icho) + luncheon meat + egg sesame paste cold noodles: mainly the ratio of sauces. This actually depends on experience. I use rice vinegar or spices
Remove the sesame paste with vinegar, then add soy sauce, sugar, pepper oil, sesame oil, chili oil, garlic juice, chicken essence...the prepared noodles are cut by hand and drained.
Pair it with some cucumber shreds and some other dishes, and you won't get tired of eating it.

Buy spicy hot pot base packets at the supermarket.
Stir-fry the raw meat and the items that need to be stir-fried separately. Boil the raw and undercooked vegetables first, then stir-fry the base ingredients. Just throw in the ingredients and stir-fry. It is very convenient.
Chinese hot pot/spicy hot pot base and ingredients can be bought at the supermarket, and you can cook whatever you want.
Of course, the last thing I want to talk about is the nostalgic version of various kinds of raw porridge, chicken porridge, and a large chicken drumstick and a bowl of rice in the canteen.
Tear the chicken thighs into strips, peel off the skin, and cook with rice.
Beef and egg carpaccio + boiled shredded ginger with rice, nested eggs, and sprinkle with chopped green onion after boiling.
Fish fillet porridge is made of sashimi bought in the supermarket + shredded ginger and rice, and added with a little white wine.
There is also my personal most recommended way to eat a small amount for one person without wasting it: Ochazuke rice green tea. I recommend Xbao’s Japanese brown rice tea, but other green teas are also acceptable.
It must be cold rice, hot tea, and whatever you want to pair it with.
