1 leek

Ingredients: a handful of chives (about 7g), two eggs, shrimp Vulpix, a little Japanese soy sauce and a garlic.
Practice
1. Cut the leek into sections, remove the shell and mud from the shrimp, and add a little Japanese soy sauce to the eggs for later use.

Practice
1. Cut the shrimps into cubes, add 1 tablespoon of rice wine and appropriate amount of white pepper, grab them evenly with your hands, and marinate them in cold storage for 15-2 minutes.
2. Time for marinating shrimps: cut the beancurd into pieces with a thickness of about 1.5cm; Clap garlic cloves and peel them; Chopped green onion and salted duck egg yolk are ready.
