Ingredients
2 tomatoes
Some garlic
Appropriate amount of noodles (instant noodles or udon noodles can be used)
< p>Recipe for the lazy version of tomato noodles:Cut the tomatoes into cubes. The reason why I call it the lazy version is because I didn’t peel it when I made it, I washed it and cut it directly.
Cut the garlic into small pieces. It depends on your personal taste. If you don’t like the smell of garlic, you can leave it out~
Put the noodles in a small pot. I used the kind of noodles sold in bulk in supermarkets, but you can also use instant noodles and udon noodles. Udon noodles have a better texture when fished out.
Put cold water after cooking. I think the noodles will be chewier after a few times of cold water and will not be soft. After being soaked in cold water, put them aside and start making the tomato sauce~
Saute the garlic until fragrant.
Pour the chopped tomatoes into the pot and stir-fry.
While cooking the sauce, you can keep pressing it with the bottom of a spoon to crush the tomato cubes, and the sauce will be thicker~
After boiling, pour a Bowl of water, in order to make the sauce more soupy, it is better to cook the noodles later~
The cooking process actually doesn’t take long. I didn’t check the time specifically. I just looked at the state of the tomatoes. Cook them until they are rotten. It's almost time to turn down the heat. Then it’s time to season. You can add a little salt and soy sauce. The amount depends on your personal taste. You can also add a little sugar.
Cook over low heat for a while. When you see that the sauce is thicker, it’s OK. .
Pick up the noodles that have been soaked in cold water and put them into the pot. Don’t put the water in too~
The next step is to dredge the noodles and cook them on low heat. , and when it is evenly scooped, you can start the pot.
I also added two slices of ham~
Tips
* I made the simplest version, only tomatoes, but tomatoes are actually okay + Minced meat, tomatoes + onions, tomatoes + potatoes, tomatoes + mushrooms, tomatoes + corn, etc. You can also blanche a few strips of cabbage, and you can use whatever ingredients you like ~
* When cooking the sauce I didn’t use ketchup because I prefer the taste of tomatoes. If you like ketchup, you can add a little bit, it doesn’t matter~
* I actually don’t know much about cooking, so I don’t know the time and dosage. Too particular about it, usually just look at the condition and it will be fine~
