Shouning Temple, an ancient temple in Jin Dynasty, is located in gangtou, five kilometers east of Ninghai County. It is the first Buddhist temple in Tiantai Mountain. Before Di Chin, the temple was sealed in the seaside ancient temple in Xiangshan Port.

Ninghai County is a county under the jurisdiction of Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province, which is located in the middle of Chinese mainland coastline, the east of Zhejiang Province, the southern coast of Ningbo City, between Xiangshan Port and Sanmenwan, and the intersection of Tiantai Mountain and Siming Mountain Range.
