I used Qimen black tea, which I like personally, and the amount of tea added is also related to the concentration of tea you like. Generally speaking, it will be better to be thicker, otherwise it will not suppress the milk flavor.
2. Measure 7ml of water into the electric kettle (I measured 2ml more in consideration of evaporation and other losses), boil it, and then flush it into the tea. In order to make the tea fully boiled, I put the tea directly into the kettle and let the water directly flush it. Then I bumped into tea. At this time, I used a tea partition (there was no tea partition made of cotton cloth, so I used the coffee in the electric coffee pot to leak). The so-called bumping into tea means pouring tea into another container from above, in order to make the tea fully contact with air, and finally the finished product will contain air and taste better. Put the tea directly on the spout, pour the tea from another container from a height, and make the tea bubble as much as possible. After bumping it back and forth for 5 or 6 times, the color of the tea is obviously dark, and the temperature of the tea is also reduced.
3. At this time, it is necessary to bake the tea. After the tea is connected to the tea leaves and boiled with minimum fire, turn off the fire, cover and stew for 5 minutes. In order to make the tea more fragrant and smooth, it is necessary to add raw egg shells to the tea at this step. I added two raw egg shells and broke them into pieces and put them in the tea.
4. Baked tea can be put aside for use after being bumped for 5 or 6 times, preferably by the fire to keep the temperature.
5. Milk with milk tea is very important. Experts from all walks of life recommend Sanhua, so I will choose it. Measure 3ml of milk, and cook it with minimum fire on the fire. Because this milk is thick, it is best to stir it constantly to prevent it from simmering below. Cook until the milk is slightly boiling, turn off the fire, and knock the tea into the milk from a height, and you're done.
6. Finally, put it in the refrigerator for cold storage, and add ice cubes when drinking. If you like sweet drinks, you can add honey or Taikoo syrup.

bubble tea is made from pearl, sugar water or honey, black tea, milk powder or fresh milk and water.

v. Yuanyang milk tea
