The recipe for homemade beef noodles is as follows:

1. Wash the beef tendon and put it into the inner pot of the electric cooker (both pressure cooker and electric cooker are acceptable), then add the garlic. Ginger, diced onions/tomatoes/carrots. Add soy sauce, rice wine, sugar, braised buns, chili and peppercorns (you can omit it if you don’t like spicy food). Finally, add water to cover the beef tendons. 3. Boil the noodles with water on the other side, then blanch the Qingjiang vegetables in the cooking water. Finally, use the heated marinade as the beef noodle soup base (the saltiness can be adjusted in time), add the noodles and Qingjiang vegetables. The wagyu tendon meat is done.
