As a Hefei native, I am fortunate to have tasted the delicacies of these local restaurants.

The following is my personal experience with these local restaurants: Zeng’s Kitchen: The taste is authentic, and the braised pork and fish-flavored shredded pork are especially delicious.

Laoxianghao: Mainly specializes in Anhui cuisine, with unique flavors of stinky mandarin fish and hairy tofu.

Farmhouse: fresh, green and healthy farmhouse flavor.

Junmin Xiaozao: Mainly Sichuan cuisine, boiled fish and spicy chicken are authentic.

Lotus Kee: Cantonese cuisine, boiled chicken and dry-fried beef river are delicious.

Youth Local Restaurant: Innovative local dishes with unique taste.

Jinguo Chef: Mainly hot pot, the shrimp paste and beef rolls are delicious.

Tangchi Renjia: Mainly soup dishes, chicken soup and fish head soup are light and delicious.

Xiejia Village: Farmhouse flavor, farmhouse flatbread and fried seasonal vegetables are fresh and natural.

Restaurant: Japanese cuisine, sushi and sashimi platters are authentic.
