Peel and shred carrots, remember not to drown them.
Add two spoonfuls of sesame oil and mix well.
Add corn starch and mix thoroughly. Each carrot is evenly covered with a layer of corn starch. After the water boils, steam for 7-8 minutes.
After steaming, pour it into a waterless basin to cool. Don't stir it with chopsticks. Shake the washbasin to disperse it.

Add onion, ginger, minced garlic, dried pepper, salt, pepper noodles, chicken essence and hot oil.
