What is green tea?

1. West Lake Longjing: It is the first tea in my country. It is produced in the Shifeng, Longjing, Wuyunshan, Hupao and Meijiawu areas of West Lake in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. Historically, it has been divided into five categories: lion, dragon, cloud, tiger, and plum. Among them, most people think that the quality produced in Shifeng is the best. Longjing is famous for its green color, fragrant aroma, mellow taste and beautiful shape. 2. Dongting Biluochun: Produced in Dongting Mountain on the shore of Taihu Lake in Wuxian County, Jiangsu Province. Biluochun tea is made from the tender buds picked from tea trees in spring. The outward-shaped strips are tightly knotted, with white hair exposed, silver-green color, attractive green color, and curled into a snail, hence the name Biluochun. The soup is clear and bright, rich and mellow, fresh and refreshing, with a long aftertaste; the bottom of the leaves is tender green.

3. Silver Needle: Known as the beauty of tea and the king of tea, it is a kind of white tea produced in Fuding in the east of Fujian and Zhenghe in the north. The white hair on the slope is as white as silver and as slender as a needle, hence its name. When brewing, the cup will be full of floating tea milk, with silver needles standing upright and staggered up and down, which is very beautiful; the soup color is yellow, bright and clear, and the taste is refreshing and sweet. White tea is warm in taste and cool in nature. It strengthens the stomach and refreshes the mind, removes dampness and reduces fever. It is often used as medicine.

4. Junshan Silver Needle: Produced on Qingluo Island in Dongting Lake, Yueyang. There is a description of the Dongting Emperor's hatred in spring and the growing grass in two thousand years. After brewing, it rises and falls three times, with pearls in the tongues and a forest of knives standing up. High appreciation value.

5. Huangshan Maofeng: Produced in Huangshan, Anhui, mainly distributed around Yungu Temple, Songgu Nunnery, Suspension Bridge Gate, Ciguang Pavilion and Bansi Temple in Taohua Peak. The mountains here are high, the forests are dense, the sunshine is short, and there are many clouds and mist. The natural conditions are very superior. The tea trees are nourished by the clouds and mist, and are not invaded by cold and heat, thus accumulating good quality. The harvesting and processing of Huangshan Maofeng is very delicate. The made Maofeng tea has a thin, flat and slightly curved shape, shaped like a bird's tongue, fragrant like white orchid, and tastes mellow and sweet.

6. Wuyi Rock Tea: Produced in Wuyi Mountain, Fujian. Wuyi rock tea is a semi-fermented tea, and its production method is somewhere between green tea and black tea. Its main varieties include Dahongpao, Baijiguan, Narcissus, Oolong, Cinnamon, etc. Wuyi rock tea has unique quality. It has not been scented, but the tea soup has a strong fragrance of flowers. It is sweet and delicious when you drink it, and has endless aftertaste. After being introduced to Europe in the 18th century, it was deeply loved by local people and had a reputation as a cure-all for all diseases.

7. Anxi Tieguanyin: Produced in Anxi, Fujian, the production process of Tieguanyin is very complicated. The tea leaves are tightly knotted and the color is black and sandy green. 8. Xinyang Maojian: Produced on the tops of Cheyun Mountain, Jiyun Mountain, Tianyun Mountain, Yunwu Mountain, Zhenlei Mountain, Heilongtan and Bailongtan in Xinyang, Henan Province. The fog tower peak is the most. People say: There is water in the center of the teacher's river, and tea is served on the top of the cloud. The finished product is thin, round, tight and straight, with emerald green color and pekoe exposed; the soup is green and bright in color, has a fresh aroma and a fresh and mellow taste; the buds at the bottom of the leaves are strong and evenly green.

9. Lushan Yunwu: Produced in Lushan, Jiangxi. Lushan Mountain, known as the most beautiful place in the world, borders the Yangtze River to the north and Poyang Lake to the south. It has a mild climate and beautiful scenery, which is very suitable for the growth of tea trees. Lushan Yunwu's buds are fat, beautiful, fragrant and sweet, and the soup is clear. It is the best among green teas.

10. Lu'an Guapian: Produced in the Dabie Mountain Tea Area in western Anhui, among which the products from Lu'an, Jinzhai and Huoshan counties are the best. Lu'an melon slices are picked every spring, and the resulting tea is in the shape of melon seeds, hence its name. It is green in color, has a clear aroma, is sweet and fresh in taste, and is resistant to brewing. This tea not only relieves heat, quenches thirst and promotes body fluids, but also has strong digestive and therapeutic effects. Wenlong in the Ming Dynasty stated in "Tea Notes" that Lu'an tea is the most effective as medicine, so it is regarded as a treasure.
