Let me show you the brick tea first. We all boil milk tea with brick tea.
Add a proper amount of cold water to the pot, pour the cut brick tea into the pot, cover it and heat it.
After boiling, continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.
Add a bag of milk to the pot. I cooked for 3-4 people, so I added a bag of 485ml milk. If there are few people, I can add half a bag or more bags, and the amount of water added before can be reduced accordingly.
Continue to cook until the pot boils, and continue to cook for 5 minutes. You don't need to skim the foam from the pot.
Clean the tea leaves in the pot with a sieve, and clean the foam in the pot together.
Add 4 spoonfuls of salt to the pot, add appropriate amount of butter and mix well.

Continue to cook 1 min. I also added some milk tofu, which is a specialty of Inner Mongolia. If not, you can live without it. It is delicious.
