Seven dietary methods to treat impotence
Impotence refers to a condition in which men have erectile dysfunction due to depression, panic, physical weakness, or physical damage. Aconite and Morinda Stewed Pork Belly
Ingredients: 15 grams of aconite, 12 grams of Morinda officinalis, and 250 grams of pork belly.
Preparation and usage: Wash the aconite and fry over slow fire for 2 hours. Cut the fried aconite into pieces, put it into the pot with Morinda officinalis and pork belly, add an appropriate amount of water and cook until the pork belly is thoroughly cooked. Take 1 dose of this prescription every day for 7 to 15 consecutive days.
Efficacy: This recipe has the effects of replenishing fire, yang, kidney and essence.
Aconite stewed with ginger and dog meat
Ingredients: 20 grams of aconite, 100 grams of ginger, 500 grams of dog meat, appropriate amount of garlic cloves.
Preparation and usage: Wash the aconite, fry over slow fire for 2 hours and then cut into slices. Cook and slice the ginger. Wash and chop the dog meat. First put an appropriate amount of garlic cloves into the pot and stir-fry for a while, then add the dog meat, aconite slices and ginger slices and cook for 1 hour.
