In the virgin forest of Helan Mountain in Alashan League, Inner Mongolia, there is a rare and delicious mountain delicacy, and some of its nutrients are even higher than those of the famous Ganoderma lucidum. Purple mushroom is a rare wild large edible mushroom resource covered by Picea crassifolia in western China, and its scientific name is Cortinarius purpurascens Fr. The meat is tender, delicious and nutritious. Its mycelium and capillary roots of Picea crassifolia can form a living body to survive. So far, there is no research report on purple mushroom in other places except Helan Mountain in China. In other words, this kind of mushroom exists in a large number in the mountainous areas covered by Picea crassifolia, such as Gansu and Ningxia, but not all places grow purple mushrooms, only in the Picea crassifolia forest belt between 2000 meters and 3000 meters above sea level. Purple mushroom belongs to mycorrhizal fungi, and the mycelium of purple mushroom grows after forming a * * * body with the capillary root of Picea crassifolia.
