Onion Stir-Fry Beef Steps
1.? Thinly slice the beef and marinate it with appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce, sugar, cornstarch, pepper, ginger and white onion;
2.? Hot frying pan, chopped onion, white onion partially burst incense;

Tips
YiYi experience sharing:
1: cut beef should be cut along the lines of the strips, sliced horizontally, so that the cut out of the beef will be tender and smooth;
2: beforehand to use the seasoning marinade into the flavor and then stir-fried;
3: stir-fried beef should be high-fire frying, frying time can not be too long, do not need to cover the lid of the pot;
4: stir-fried beef do not need to add additional water. Add water.
