Beat in one direction until it is sticky and gelatinous, and add a small amount of corn flour. Add a small amount of chopped green onion, soy sauce, egg white, monosodium glutamate, pepper noodles and cooking wine to pork, and stir well with soy sauce.
Rub into a ball and sprinkle a layer of raw powder on the surface.
Take a little fish glue in your hand and rub your thumb up and down into a ball. Tuck the meatballs in from the side, rub them a few times, scoop them out with a spoon and cook them in a pot with hot water.
After cooking, put it in a bowl, add a little salt essence and chopped green onion, and serve.
