Preparation materials: 360g minced pork, 210g raw noodles, 1 carrot, 1 cucumber, appropriate amount of bean paste, appropriate amount of chives, appropriate amount of soy sauce, appropriate amount of pepper, appropriate amount of garlic, appropriate amount of sweet noodle sauce.
1. In the first step, put oil and peppercorns in the pot, heat it up and stir-fry a few times.
