Black-bone chicken: half or one
Tiebao Huaishan: one or two
Wolfberry: one handful
Cooking wine: Two spoons
Ginger: appropriate amount
Boil black-bone chicken to remove blood stains. Wash and set aside.
Put the ginger and black-bone chicken into the pot and bring to a boil again. Add wine, reduce to low heat and simmer for an hour.
Put in the yam and cook the wolfberry for 20 minutes. Tang Cheng.
Tips
