2, look at the color
If you don't know whether it's animal cream or vegetable cream, you can look at their colors, animal cream will be yellowish in color, and vegetable cream is white in color.
3, melting speed
Animal and vegetable cream melting point and density are different. If you microwave the cake in high heat for 5-10s, the animal cream will melt all the way, while the vegetable cream will only melt part of it.
