Stir-fried clams
Ingredients: clams, bean paste, cooking wine, gram of sugar, ginger slices, garlic cloves,
Method:
1. Put the clam in light salt water for a few hours to make it spit out sediment and dirt.

Steamed clams
Ingredients: 1 jin of clams, 1 small handful of vermicelli
Seasoning: Vstar soy sauce, minced garlic, chopped green onion, chopped pepper and salt , oil
Method:
1. Raise the clams in light salt water for 2 hours to spit out sand
2. Cut the edges of the clams with a knife and wash them Sand
3. Soak the vermicelli in warm water
4. Spread the soaked vermicelli on the bottom of the plate and place the clams on top

Clam Tofu Soup
Method:
1. Wash the tofu and cut into long pieces;
