Method: 1. Wash and cut the soaked beef jerky into pieces, then cut a few slices of ginger.
Put an appropriate amount of water into the pressure cooker, put a bottom tank underneath, put the processed beef jerky on top, and simmer over medium heat for 40 minutes.
When the beef jerky is almost ready to stew, prepare additional ingredients. Cut green peppers and red peppers into cubes, slice ginger and green onions, and cut coriander into sections. After processing, you can set it aside for later use.
Press the beef jerky, discard the ginger slices, and set aside.
When the oil in the pot is hot, add the processed green pepper, red pepper, green onion slices and ginger slices, stir-fry quickly over medium heat until the flavor is released.
Add beef jerky and stir-fry quickly over high heat for 10 seconds. Immediately add coriander, sprinkle with salt and chicken essence, and 1 tablespoon of oil, stir-fry quickly over high heat until the flavor is absorbed, and it is ready to serve.
