Vinegar juice is a fat-free ingredient: 2 liters of vegetable oil, 3 liters of vinegar or 75 ml of lemon juice, 50 grams of chopped onion (or dried onion), a little black pepper, a little parsley, 225 ml of olive oil, French mustard hot sauce 1 teaspoon, and a proper amount of salt.
How to eat vinegar juice
Raw materials:
Ingredients: 1 big purple cabbage, 1 bitter chrysanthemum, 2 big lettuce, 5 cherry tomatoes.
Vinegar juice: olive oil 1 tbsp lemon juice (or white vinegar) 1 tbsp honey 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp sesame oil 1/4 tbsp black pepper with a little salt.
Practice (this vinegar juice is made according to your own taste, not authentic, but I like it):
Wash and drain vegetables. Shredding purple cabbage, tearing bitter chrysanthemum and lettuce into pieces, and cutting cherry tomatoes in half; Pour all the ingredients in the vinegar juice into a small bowl and mix well; Pour the vinegar juice on the vegetables and mix well.
