Port wine is a kind of wine. Generally, sherry wine belongs to alcohol-fortified wine. The main difference is that port wine and distilled grape alcohol are added before the fermentation is over, that is, when the grape juice is fermented, because yeast will be killed under the condition of high alcohol (more than 15 degrees).
