How to eat jellyfish is as follows:

Ingredients: jellyfish skin, cucumber, coriander, salt, sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, balsamic vinegar, garlic, sesame oil and water.

Tools: Bowl, knife, spoon, chopsticks.

1. Add clean water to jellyfish head, soak it fully, and change water two or three times in the middle until it is salty.
