Material preparation
To make pork belly zongzi, you need to prepare the following materials:
1. glutinous rice

Production step
1. Prepare materials
Soak glutinous rice in advance for at least 6 hours to fully absorb water. Cut the pork belly into small pieces and marinate it with cooking wine, salt, soy sauce and soy sauce for half an hour. Boiled eggs, mushrooms, bacon and red dates cut into small pieces for later use.
Step 2 cook glutinous rice
Put the soaked glutinous rice into the pot, add appropriate amount of water, boil over high fire, turn to low heat, and cook until the glutinous rice becomes soft and rotten, which takes about 45 minutes.
Step 3 stir-fry stuffing
Put the pork belly into the pot, add onion, ginger and garlic and stir-fry until fragrant. Add bacon, mushrooms and red dates, and continue to stir fry. Finally, add sugar, salt, cooking wine, soy sauce and soy sauce, and stir-fry evenly after seasoning.
Step 4 wrap zongzi
Put the cooked glutinous rice, fried stuffing and boiled eggs on the table respectively to prepare dumplings. Blanch the leaves of rice dumplings with hot water, knead them into a funnel shape, add a proper amount of glutinous rice, and then add stuffing and eggs. Finally, add a proper amount of glutinous rice, wrap it with zongye, and tie it tightly with a thin rope.
Step 5 cook zongzi
Put the wrapped zongzi into the pot, add a proper amount of water, boil over high heat and turn to low heat, and cook for about 3 hours. Take it out after cooking and let it cool.
