Difference between purple and green kale
Purple kale, as its name suggests, has purple leaves and a shape close to a sphere, which is why it is also known as purple cabbage. Green kale, as the name suggests, has green leaves and is shaped like a ball wrapped in layers, which we usually call cabbage, or cabbage or daikon. Both purple and green kale are very nutritious, and both contain high amounts of vitamin C, vitamin E, and other ingredients. However, purple kale is also rich in anthocyanins, a powerful antioxidant that protects the body from free radical damage and has anti-aging properties.
