How to make potato, chicken and cheese baked rice?
Wash the potatoes, steam them with the skin on, then peel and cut into cubes. --Prevent starch loss and potato grains from being cooked.
You can use any part of the chicken you like. I used chicken leg meat, cut it off with a knife and cut it into small pieces. Boil the chicken pieces and set aside.
Green peppers, red peppers, and onions can be cut into cubes or shreds.
After buying the pineapple, cut it into thin slices and pickle it with salt water to remove the astringency. Then cut into cubes and set aside.
Next, put on the wok, pour an appropriate amount of oil and heat it, add green pepper, red pepper, and onion and stir-fry. Add potatoes and pineapple and continue to stir-fry. Add appropriate amount of salt and soy sauce and stir-fry evenly before removing from the pan. Plate and set aside.
