Ingredients: fat sausage1000g, soybean 400g, red pepper, onion, ginger and garlic.
Seasoning: pepper, aniseed, cinnamon, fragrant leaves, salt, soy sauce and cooking wine.
Practice:
1. Soybeans were soaked the night before.
2. Wash the fat sausage repeatedly with coarse salt and flour, and remove the intestinal oil until there is no mucus on the fat sausage.
3. Fill the pressure cooker with clean water, pour in the washed fat sausage, add salt, cooking wine, soy sauce, aniseed, pepper, cinnamon, fragrant leaves, aerate and press 13 minutes.
4. Take out the cooked fat sausage, rinse it with clear water, slice it with an oblique knife and put it on a plate for later use.
5. Pour oil into the pot, saute the pepper, onion, ginger and garlic, pour in the fat sausage and stir-fry for a while, then take it out of the pot and put it on the plate.
6. Inject a small amount of water into the casserole, pour in the soaked soybeans and stir-fried fat intestines, bring to a boil over high heat, turn to low heat, cover and stew for 40 minutes to collect the juice.
Tip:
1. Do not add too much water to the casserole.
2. Fat sausage is difficult to wash, so it must be washed repeatedly with salt and flour until there is no mucus on the fat sausage.
