Silk gourd and maize beans stir-frying steps

Maize beans shelled, washed and set aside.

Peel and wash the loofah and cut into pieces and set aside.

Mince ginger and garlic and set aside.

Heat the oil in a pan and add the ginger and garlic.

Pour in the beans and stir-fry for a few minutes until the color changes.

Pour in the squash and stir-fry for a few minutes.

Pour in a little water and continue to stir-fry.

Wait for the water to dry and the loofah to soften.

Tips
1. If it's dry when you're stir-frying the squash and beans, drizzle a little water on it, but not too much!
2. This dish personally think that also choose the tender soybean is better.
