2. Seven kinds of nutrients exist in the following five categories of food.
The Ministry of Health of China issued the Dietary Guidelines for China Residents (27) on January 15th, 28, which launched the "China Residents' Balanced Dietary Pagoda", which reasonably matched five categories of food to form a balanced dietary pattern that met the nutritional needs of China residents.

25-3g of oil and 6g of salt on the 5th floor (spire);
3g of milk and dairy products, 3-5g of soybeans and nuts on the 4th floor;
5-75g of livestock and poultry meat, 5-1g of fish and shrimp, and 25-5g of eggs in the third layer;
3-5g of vegetables and 2-4g of fruits on the second floor;
the first layer (tower foundation) contains 25-4g of cereal potatoes and miscellaneous beans and 12g of water.
The Dietary Guidelines for China Residents also suggest that adults should take physical activities equivalent to walking more than 6, steps every day.
