Production process: Step 1, prepare a proper amount of flour, put it in a bowl, add some salt, then add 10g vegetable oil, add a little 160g water each time, knead it into smooth dough, cover it with wet Puckilo and relax for a while;
Step 2, the stuffing is processed in this process, firstly, the pork is cut into pieces, then minced in a meat grinder, the green onion and the ginger are respectively washed and cut into fine powder, the mustard tuber is also cut into fine powder, and then all the materials are mixed;
Step 3, add a little salt, spiced powder, white sugar and sesame oil, stir evenly in one direction with chopsticks until the dough relaxes for almost half an hour, then move it to the chopping board and cut into noodles with moderate size and uniformity;
