Common adverse reactions include fatigue, headache, drowsiness, dry mouth and gastrointestinal discomfort, including nausea, gastritis and rash. Rare adverse reactions include alopecia, allergic reaction, abnormal liver function, tachycardia and palpitation.
In clinical trials, the following adverse reactions occurred, and the incidence rate was less than 2%:
Autonomic nervous system: tears, salivation, flushing, insensitivity, impotence and hyperhidrosis;
General situation: angioneurotic edema, weakness, backache, blurred vision, chest pain, earache, eye pain, leg cramp, depression, chills, tinnitus, viral infection and weight gain;
Cardiovascular system: hypertension, hypotension, supraventricular tachyarrhythmia and syncope;
Central and peripheral nervous system: eye and facial spasm, dizziness, paresthesia, tremor; Gastrointestinal system: dyspepsia, abdominal distension, taste change, loss of appetite, constipation, diarrhea, hiccups, increased appetite, toothache and vomiting;
Musculoskeletal system: arthritis, myalgia;
Mental nervous system: excitement, forgetfulness, anxiety, insanity, decreased libido, depression, inattention, insomnia, irritability;
Reproductive system: breast pain, dysmenorrhea, menorrhagia, vaginitis;
Respiratory system: bronchitis, bronchospasm, cough, dyspnea, nosebleeds, laryngitis, dry nose, pharyngitis, sinusitis and sneezing;
Skin and accessories: dermatitis, dry hair, dry skin, photosensitive reaction, itching, purpura, rubella;
Urinary system: frequent urination, color change of urine appearance, urinary incontinence and urinary retention;
In addition, taking this product can occasionally cause mammary gland hyperplasia, erythema, peripheral edema and epilepsy.
At present, there is no effective treatment for various adverse side effects.
