Whole milk is not raw milk.
Whole milk is a milk product obtained from raw milk after certain processing. Its fat content is generally around 3.25%. It has been skimmed or partially skimmed to retain a variety of nutrients in milk. Whole milk is commonly used to make a variety of dairy products, such as cheese, yogurt, and butter. Raw milk refers to fresh milk that has not been processed and has no added chemicals or preservatives. Raw milk retains all natural nutrients, including fat, protein, vitamins and minerals.
