1. Wash the ribs and cut into pieces. Wash gastrodia elata, soak it in clear water for one hour (don't pour out the soaked water, pour it into the soup), slice it, wash red dates and medlar, and slice ginger for later use.
2. Boil a pot of boiling water, add the ribs, and blanch until the color changes. Put the cooked ribs in a casserole, pour enough cold water at one time and add ginger slices.
3. After the fire is boiled, change it to medium-low fire, add Gastrodia elata, Fructus Jujubae and Fructus Lycii, cover and cook for more than 2-3 hours, and add salt.
