2. Wash the glutinous rice and soak it in clear water for half an hour.
3. Blanch the ribs in boiling water. When blanching, add 2 slices of ginger to remove the fishy smell.
4. After blanching, remove and wash, then control the water, add salt, pour in soy sauce and cooking wine and mix well.
5. After pickling, add the soaked glutinous rice, stir well, and add corn kernels.
7. Pour it into a clean pressure cooker, bring it to a boil and steam it on low heat.
8. Steam for about 20 minutes, just sprinkle some chopped green onion before cooking.
