A little braised soy sauce
A little rock sugar
Jiangyidian
Cooking wine
4 tablespoons cooking oil
A little cooked sesame seeds
How to cook chicken wings with bean paste?
Thaw chicken wings, wash them, cut them with a knife, soak them in bloodletting water, wash them, pour off the water, and add cooking wine to marinate them to remove the fishy smell (or add appropriate amount of pepper).
Put four spoonfuls of oil in the pot, add ginger and two pieces of rock sugar when it is slightly hot, and stir-fry the sugar until it melts. Be careful not to start a big fire to prevent it from burning.
Stir-fry chicken wings marinated in cooking wine in a pot, add cooking wine and stir-fry, then add a spoonful of bean paste and appropriate amount of braised soy sauce, stir-fry evenly, and add boiling water to chicken wings.
Stew slowly on medium fire, and collect juice on high fire.
Dish, pour in the juice and sprinkle with a little cooked sesame seeds for decoration.
