Recipe for braised catfish
Materials
Old duck: half a piece of ginger: 3 slices
Taro: 400g water: 8 Bowl
Tangerine peel: 1 jiao
Method
1. Wash and slaughter the old duck, cut into pieces, boil in water and scoop out;
< p>2. Wash and peel the taro;3. Soak the tangerine peel in water until soft and scrape off the white flesh;
4. Boil the water in the clay pot and add all the ingredients , bring to a boil over high heat, simmer over low heat for an hour and a half, season with salt and serve.
