Tools/materials: crayfish, brushes, scissors.
1. Hold it a little under its head with your hand, so that its two big pliers can't catch you.
2. Brush it from beginning to end with a brush to make sure it is clean.
3. Cut off all its shrimp feet.
4. Cut a hole under its eyes, pull its head out, and remove the part containing black liquid by the way, leaving yellow.
5. Twist the middle part of its tail, pull it out with some force and remove the shrimp line.
6. Remove the front shell.
7. Remove the gills on both sides, and then rinse the whole shrimp with running water.
