How to make glutinous rice soup:
Ingredients: 1 bowl of fermented glutinous rice (. glutinous rice wine), appropriate amount of small glutinous rice balls, 50g of rock sugar, 5g of wolfberry, 1 egg, half a bowl of water starch
Method:
1. Use glutinous rice flour and water to knead the small glutinous rice balls into dough in advance, then roll them into small balls, roll them into balls, store them in quick-freeze, and take them out directly when using. If you find it troublesome, you can buy it in the supermarket, and the same goes for wine.
Put 5 bowls of water into the pot, add rock sugar and bring to a boil.
2. Break the eggs into a bowl and stir them with chopsticks. They should be very delicate.
3. After the water boils, add the small glutinous rice balls and cook for about 1 minute. Basically, Float.
6. Slowly pour the egg liquid into the pot in a circle, and use a spatula on the other side to draw circles in the opposite direction so that the eggs are evenly distributed.
7. Finally, sprinkle with wolfberry and taste the sweetness. If it is not sweet enough, add sugar to taste. I have enough rock sugar and the sweetness is just right.
Put it into a bowl, sprinkle with some dried osmanthus, the aroma is fragrant, taste the sweet and sour taste, and taste great.
The way to eat glutinous rice is also simple and easy: first, to eat sweet, add an appropriate amount of sugar to the boiled sweet wine; second, add eggs, beat one egg in a bowl, stir evenly, and use boiled liqueur to make it. Pour in the sweet wine to make the eggs look like flakes. Personally, I like to add small meatballs, that is, small glutinous rice balls. A bowl of it for breakfast is heart-warming, stomach-warming, sour and sweet, and the children also like it.
