1, prepare dough

Knead until the dough is smooth and soft, knead into long strips, choose 40 pieces of flour, pour peanut oil on the flour, mix well, and press one by one into a round dough with a diameter of 6-7 cm.
Step 2 prepare stuffing
Cutting ginger and leek into powder respectively; Wash pork, chop it into minced meat, put it in a pot, add soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, soft candy, Shaoxing wine, Jiang Mo and chopped green onion and stir. After a while, add 150g water and continue to stir, then add the stirred pigskin jelly and sesame oil and stir evenly to make stuffing.

4. Frying
Heat the pan on the fire, pour in peanut oil to smooth the pan surface, and fill the green package from the outside to the inside. Then, add about 500 grams of water, cover the pan, stew until the water is basically dry, remove the pan, pour peanut oil, cover the pan and fry for about 2 minutes.
