The time to make Strawberry Jam and Cranberry Jam in Stardew Grain is just as fast.
Canning jars take 4,000 minutes to make jam or pickles, which is about 2-3 days, depending on the player's sleeping habits. Artisan items made from canning jars are generally more valuable than raw materials. It can be more profitable to process the crop and sell it again than to just sell the raw materials.
The price of the final product of strawberry and cranberry jam depends on the base value of the fruit (i.e., the value of the crop without a gold or silver star):
(1) Regular strawberries are priced at 120, cranberries at 75.
(2) Silver stars are priced at 150 for strawberries, cranberries at 93.
(3) Gold stars are priced at 180 for strawberries, and 112 for cranberries. 112 for cranberries.

The rules of how canning jars work when making jam:
The calculation of the time that canning jars work is different between when the player is asleep and when they are awake. When the player is awake, 1 hour = 60 minutes; when the player is sleeping, 1 hour = 100 minutes.
So if the player sleeps all day, the canister bottle is equivalent to 2400 minutes of work (100 minutes x 24); if the player is awake from 6am to 12am, then sleeps for 6 hours, then the canister bottle is equivalent to 1680 minutes of work in a day (60 minutes x 18 + 100 minutes x 6); if the player is awake from 6am to 2am, then passes out and sleeps for 4 hours, then the canning jar is working 1600 minutes a day (60 minutes x 20 + 100 minutes x 4).
For example, the canister takes 4000 minutes to work each time, 40 hours of sleep if you're asleep the whole time, and 2 days of 10 hours and 40 minutes if you're working 18 hours a day.
