Vegetarian fried fresh mushrooms family recipe
Fresh mushrooms, cucumber, green onion, ginger, garlic, dried red pepper, salt, sugar, soy sauce and sesame oil. Soak the mushrooms in lightly salted water for 20 minutes (rice water is fine, just to get rid of the dirt); pour water into a pot, heat to boiling, add the sliced mushrooms, and cook until white foam appears in the pot, then continue to cook for 2 minutes, then rinse with cold water and drain. Slice the cucumber and tear the mushrooms into strips with your hands. Chop green onion, ginger and garlic and set aside; pour oil into a frying pan.
