The home cooking method of steaming spareribs is as follows:
Materials/tools: two pork ribs, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sparerib sauce, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, a little chicken powder, a little sesame oil , a little sugar, 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, a large bowl, a steamer, plastic wrap, and a stand.
1. Wash the ribs and chop them into small pieces. You can save both ends for making soup. Of course, you can steam them together if you like.
2. Ingredients: crude noodle soy sauce, light soy sauce, sesame oil, ribs sauce, cornstarch, sugar, chicken powder.
3. Wash the chopped ribs and drain the water. Use a large bowl to scoop up the pork ribs sauce, black bean sauce, light soy sauce, chicken powder, and sugar, mix well, then add corn starch and sesame oil, mix well, and marinate for more than 30 minutes (marinate half a day in advance for better flavor). In hot weather, you can use a fresh-keeping method in summer. Seal the film and put it in the refrigerator to keep fresh and marinate.
4. Add water to the pot, put a rack on it, and steam the marinated ribs over high heat for 20 minutes. There is also a simpler method. When the rice cooker is cooking, put it on the compartment and steam it together. After the rice is done, don't rush to open the lid. Turn off the power and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
5. After steaming, stir for a while so that each piece of ribs is covered with sauce. The sweet and delicious ribs will fall off the bones smoothly in one bite.
