Braised pancake originated from Linxi County, Xingtai City, Hebei Province and its surrounding areas. It is a kind of delicious food cooked with shredded pancakes by stewing process. It is one of the common diets that every family will cook for local people and one of the favorite staple foods of local people.

Ingredients: wheat flour (300g)

Accessories: Chinese cabbage (green mouth) (30 g) Chinese cabbage (30 g) duck blood (white duck) (20 g) pork (thin) (20 g) bamboo shoots (30 g) leek yellow (20 g) carrots (20 g) fungus (water hair) (30 g) eggs (75 g)

Seasoning: salt (5g), monosodium glutamate (2g), pepper (2g) and salad oil (50g).

method of work

1: Start. Fill 2-3 bowls of rice noodles, add a little "Angel" high-activity dry yeast, adjust warm water and mix the noodles. After mixing, put it in a container with a lid and put it in a warm place for equal surface fermentation. (It takes about 2 hours)

2: Chop the ribs into small pieces and braise them in a pot with a little oil. In order to make it tasty, you need to put salt and soy sauce, add pepper and pepper (consider children, but put less). After the water is boiled off, add some water (the ribs need to be soaked) and stew over low heat.  

3: Cut potatoes and carrots into pieces. When the ribs are almost cooked, put them in the pot. Add onion, ginger, minced garlic and tomato sauce or tomatoes.  

4. Mix the dough, roll it into a round shape, sprinkle a little salad oil and fennel powder on the surface, roll it up, mix it together, and roll it into a round pancake with the same size as the circumference of the pot.  

5: Put the juice in the pot into a small bowl for later use.  

6: Spread the pancake in a pot filled with ribs, potatoes and carrots, pour the juice on the pancake, poke a few holes in the pancake with chopsticks, cover the lid and stew for 20 minutes, then serve.
