Steps
1. Wash and drain the scallion leaves, chop and set aside.
2. Add baking powder, baking soda, five-spice powder and salt to the flour and mix well.

4. Add chopped green onion.
5. Mix well and knead into a ball, wake up for 30 minutes.
6. Roll out the dough.

8. Place on a baking sheet and make some holes with a fork to prevent them from bulging.
