Ingredients: a pack of fat beef, a pack of clock noodles, a pack of shrimp and two tomatoes.
Exercise:
1, a layer of bells and a layer of fat cows wrapped in shrimp are rolled together.
2, brewing juice: soy sauce, oyster sauce, cooking wine, salt, sugar water.
3. Cut the tomatoes into pieces for later use.
4. Saute shallots, garlic slices and peppers, add tomatoes and stir-fry into juice (you can add some ketchup if the taste is not enough), code the clock rolls, sprinkle the adjusted juice, cover and simmer for five minutes.
Tips:
The bell roll will be soft if it is soaked in water a little, and it will break easily if it is soaked for too long.
Fat beef can be put down at room temperature for a period of time before rolling, and it should not be brittle when it is half melted.
