Production method:
1. First, add 1 bowl of sweet potato powder and 1 bowl of clear water into the container and stir well.
2. Pour the remaining 4 bowls of water into the pot.
3. Filter the prepared starch water and put it into the pot (you can add appropriate amount of salt to taste), turn on a small fire, and stir with a spatula or shovel while cooking.
4. Stir until the starch water becomes sticky and transparent, scoop it up with a scraper, and the starch paste will not decompose like a waterfall, then turn off the fire.
5. Brush oil (anti-sticking) on the inner wall of the mold filled with bean jelly, pour the cooked starch paste into the mold, scrape it flat, and cool it into powder blank.
