Ingredients
2 pounds of stick bones, 50 grams of mung beans, half a piece of kelp (dried kelp is more delicious), 1 old ginger, cooking wine, green onions, and vinegar
Method
1. Boil the stick bones in blood with boiling water, take them out and wash them, soak the kelp and wash them, cut them into small squares and beat the ginger. 2. Pour water into a new pot, add cob bones, mung beans, and ginger. Put less vinegar (vinegar helps the stick bones absorb calcium), cooking wine, and two sections of scallions.
3. When the soup is boiling, add kelp and cook the cake and add some salt.
