Ingredients: 400g of soy sauce, 80g of brown sugar, 80g of rock sugar and 50g of clear water.
Accessories: 2 shallots, 3 slices of ginger, 8 star anise 1 slice, 2 grams of rhizoma Dioscoreae Septemlobae, 2 grams of pepper, 2 grams of cinnamon, 3 grams of tsaoko 1 slice, 3 grams of fennel, 3 slices of cardamom, and 0/gram of dried tangerine peel/kloc.
Steps:
1. Prepare ingredients: soy sauce, brown sugar, crystal sugar, clear water, chives (knotted), ginger slices, star anise, fennel, fragrant leaves, sweet potato, cinnamon, tsaoko, nutmeg, pepper and dried tangerine peel.
2. Pour the water into the pot.
3. Pour in soy sauce.
4. Pour in brown sugar and rock sugar.
