When the egg rotates downward, it forms a tether (egg belt) twisted by concentrated protein at both ends. Chicken eggs stay here for 3 hours. When the isthmus lumen is narrow, the secretion of glandular cells forms the inner and outer membrane. Chicken eggs stay here for 75 minutes.
