The simplest way to make Tamago Tofu is as follows:
Material preparation: Tamago Tofu, green beans, carrots, fungus, cornstarch, oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, garlic sauce, sugar , water starch, onion and ginger, chicken essence, edible oil.
1. Cut the tamagoyaki tofu in the middle and then cut it into slices.
2. Coat with cornstarch.
3. The oil temperature should not be too high. Fry in the pan over medium heat. It should not be fried too long.
4. Cut the fungus into small wide strips, slice the carrots, wash the green beans and dry them.
5. Stir onions and ginger in base oil, add fungus and carrots and stir-fry until raw, add tamagoyaki tofu, shake the pot, remember not to use a shovel to turn it over, as it will break.
6. Add a small spoon each of light soy sauce, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, and garlic sauce, 2 small spoons of water starch, a little sugar, salt, and chicken essence. Mix the sauce, pour it into the pot, and shake it for a few times. Next, let the sauce spread evenly into the dish.
7. Before serving, add green beans, shake the pot, and cook for 1 minute.
